"Making Music With Our Friends"

Trio Sonatas of Hotteterre and Corelli

Plan to join us for a series of master classes for Baroque recorder players four consecutive Monday evenings beginning July 10th. The sessions will feature the six Trio Sonatas for Two Flutes and Continuo by Jacques-Martin Hotteterre and samples from the vast repertoire of Trio Sonatas for Two Violins and Continuo by Arcangelo Corelli. In addition we will study exercises by van Hauwe and Rooda and play some recorder consort music. Sessions are open to high school and college students, adult participants and auditors.

Monday Evenings, July 10 - 31 from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.

Faculty: Jean Hein, Baroque recorder, Jerry Curry, harpsichord and Erika Cutler, Baroque violin
